Code Ann. § 2-534(a)(1) or the commercial and privacy exemption, id. at § 2-534(a)(2), may apply. However, under D.C. Code Ann. § 2-536(6), information in or taken from any contract dealing with the receipt or expenditure of public funds must be disclosed.
