A California federal judge reversed himself and ruled that reporters covering a bankruptcy trial do not have to sign a nondisclosure agreement. The reporters had been excluded from a session that included testimony related to information in sealed documents. The San Jose Mercury News successfully argued this was prior restraint. (3/7/06)
