The Arkansas Supreme Court ruled that all but a few of the e-mails exchanged by a Pulaski County employee and a vendor with whom he was romantically involved are public records and should be released. The court said that the woman who worked for the vendor “lost any expectation of privacy” when she acknowledged in one note that it was a “work e-mail.” (10/4/07)
