Bre de Vera
Bre de Vera (she/her) is a legal intern at the Reporters Committee for Freedom of the Press. She is a rising third year at Georgetown University Law Center, where she serves as the diversity and development managing editor of the Georgetown Technology Law Review.
She received her bachelor's degrees from the University of Southern California, where she studied journalism and English literature. While at USC, she served as opinion editor for the University's daily newspaper, and as a news editor for the journalism school's newsroom.
Prior to joining the Reporters Committee, Bre was a litigation intern at the Knight First Amendment Institute and a legal extern with National Public Radio.
