Jessica Blake

Jessica Blake is a Communications Intern for the Reporters Committee for Freedom of the Press.

She is a third-year Stamps Scholar at the University of Missouri where she studies Journalism and Sociology and works as a staff reporter at the Columbia Missourian.

She has previously interned at WSYX and Investigative Reporters & Editors. Her work as a freelance reporter has been published at ProPublica and The Charlotte Observer.

Jessica hopes to attend law school so she can offer pro bono legal services to fellow journalists. She thanks the Strive Foundation for making her time at the Reporters Committee possible.
