Jillian Colombo

Jillian Colombo is a legal intern at the Reporters Committee for Freedom of the Press.

Jillian currently attends New York Law School, entering her third-year in fall 2024. During her second year, she was junior editor at the Family Law Journal, media chair for the Media, Entertainment, and Fashion Law Association, and writer for the CityLand and CityLaw publications at NYLS. Jillian received her bachelor's degree from the University of Florida in 2022 and won a national award from the Radio Television Digital News Association for "Rising From the Rubble," a story she reported at WUFT News about Louisiana's recovery from Hurricane Ida.
