RCFP & News Media Coalition comments on proposed revisions to EPA FOIA regulations

The Reporters Committee and a coalition of 38 news media organizations submitted a letter to the Environmental Protection Agency regarding updates to its Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) regulations. The comments recommend that EPA suspend implementation of the its updated rule and open it to notice and comment.
